Bulli Cör Colli Piacentini Rosso

This Traditional style from the region of Emilia-Romagna comes from producer Leonardo Bulli. Made from mostly old vines (10-50 yr. old), using no added SO2; in rich limestone soils, Bulli practices organic production methods with this blend of 60% Barbera, 30% Bonarda (Croatina), 10% Uve Rare.

From the family vineyards of winemaker Stephan Mehofer, this well balanced red wine is made from 100% Blauer Zweigelt and certified organic. It delights the tastebuds with soft aromas of cherries, with subtle toasted notes. Pairing it with lighter red meats, chicken, or shellfish dishes.

Filippo Cassanno “Calx” Primitivo Puglia

Calling all thirsty smurfs...CALX comes from our friend Fillipo Cassano, owner of the certified organic winery Polvanera in Puglia (the heel of Italy’s boot). Calx is the Latin word for limestone, which is unique soil for vines in this region. This tasty 100% Primitivo is good with a slight chill.
