Adam Danielson
Adam is the Founder & Curator of Fermented. He has been working on this project for 10+ Years and it is the culmination of a career in Restaurants and Wine. Adam is passionate about families and about transparency in the wine industry. He is also the Father of three beautiful children and the Husband to one amazing woman!
Lauren Labartino
Lauren has been a professional actress for most of her career. She got into wine because of her husband Bobby but has quickly found her own love and passion for natural wines…especially Glou Glou. If you do not know what that is then you need to come in to Fermented and talk to Lauren.

Kaitlin Kolarik
Kaitlin is a photographer by trade but got bit by the wine bug when she moved to Atlanta to pursue freelancing! Her first love was Spanish wines but Italian natural wines have quickly taken over. Kaitlin is Fermented’s Official Photographer and is a Level 1 Court of Masters Sommelier and may or not take Level 2 (should she? would you? The struggle!).
Aleah James
Aleah comes to Fermented from a professional background in corporate learning and a Masters education in Art History (what?). Years of passion for wine and wine education, including a 2 year side hustle selling wine to benefit charitable organizations, culminated in the decision to dive head-long into wine retail in 2019.
Aleah holds her Wine and Spirits Education Trust Level 3 Award in Wine and loves that the wine world provides endless (and delicious) learning opportunities. She takes pride in exuding hardcore Care Bear energy and has a different favorite wine every day of the week.
